Michael Sullivan

Mike has over 25 years of land use & environmental planning experience, working for the public sector (municipalities) and the private sector (developers, associations and individuals). He specializes in solving problems with creativity, diplomacy and tact. Land use change almost always involves emotions, so he prepares for every project with that in mind.

Mike specializes in finding workable & innovative solutions to his client's complex projects. This includes projects from resolving by-law enforcement matters, to innovative agricultural projects (wedding venues, campgrounds), church expansions | redevelopments, and high-rise residential condominiums.

Mike's passion lies in finding creative solutions to today's growth challenges, including addressing the impacts of extreme weather on agriculture and other properties.
